What we do
itworks offers advanced personnel placement services and training programs for diverse populations, in order to help them access top-level high-tech industry positions. In addition, we currently collaborate with more than 150 high-tech industry employers throughout Israel, aiding them in their search for top talents and implementing workshops that assist them in their diversity efforts.read more

Salam is a graduate of the ExcelHT program and the Director of Product Management at Toluna. She has a BA in Industrial Engineering and an MBA – both from the Technion.

Saied Abu-Salih, Beit Jann
Saied has a degree in software engineering, and he is a graduate of itworks’ ExcelHT program. Recently, Saied began working as a developer at Check Point.

Advanced Employment for Arab Israeli academics
The ExcelHT program aims to facilitate the successful vocational integration of Arab-Israelis into quality positions in Israel’s high-tech industry.
Vocational Training and Job Placement
for Single Mothers
This program helps unemployed and underemployed single mothers find IT-related, higher-paying work, by providing them with vocational training and soft-skills workshops.
Skilled Employment for Haredi
This program reaches out to Haredi men who are unemployed or working in jobs that do not match their education or abilities, and who are interested in entering the high-tech workforce.
Technology Accessibility Program
TAP provides adults with mental and emotional disabilities with tools for successful employment in the technological market, as a basis for long-term economic independence.
