Yasmin Zedan was born in the Druze village of Isfiya on Mount Carmel and now lives in Daliyat al-Carmel. She holds a master’s degree in Development and Innovation in Organizations from the University of Haifa.

As the Program Manager for the Arab and Druze sectors at itworks, Yasmin leads recruitment and job placement processes, providing personal and professional support to participants throughout all stages of training and integration into the workforce. She works to build connections with suppliers and high-tech companies, with the goal of advancing individuals from the Arab and Druze communities and opening doors to high-quality employment opportunities.

Her work is driven by a deep belief in the potential of these communities and by her determination to address social, economic, and cultural barriers, which include language gaps and the lack of professional networks. She strives to enable each participant to recognize their strengths and present them confidently in the job market.

Outside of work, Yasmin enjoys reading romance novels, traveling with her family, cooking for her children, gardening, and listening to music.
