Erel was born in Netanya, Israel, and holds an LL.B. from the Netanya Academic College, along with a senior payroll certification from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel. She leads contract management, procurement processes, and project coordination at itworks, supporting smooth operations and compliance across the organization.
Erel speaks Hebrew and English, and chose to join itworks because of the good people and positive, welcoming atmosphere. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and reading books.
