Shir has worked for itworks as a public relations representative for about 7 years, and joined the team in a full-time capacity in 2025 as the Hebrew Resource Development Manager. She has a law degree and master’s degree in public administration and government policy.
At itworks, Shir promotes collaboration with foundations and businesses in Israel. She uses her connections to carry out all fundraising campaigns in Israel. Shir can often be found in the office on a zoom call with potential funders and social responsibility representatives from top corporations.
When she’s not raising awareness about itworks, Shir teaches yoga.
