Michal M
A single mother who lost her catering business during COVID, Michal found a new path through itworks' Customer Success Course. Two months after graduation, she was hired by a hi-tech company, gaining a stable job and a promising future for herself and her children.
Michal M., a single mother in her mid-50s, ran a catering business for a decade. When COVID struck, her clientele dwindled, leading her to seek government aid for rent. With no pension or steady income, she learned of the itworks single mother project. Joining the Customer Success Course in May 2022, her service background helped her excel. Two months post-graduation, a hi-tech firm hired her as a customer success representative. This stable role offers her a promising career path, ensuring a secure future for her and her children.

Vered, a divorced mother of three, struggled to make ends meet as a mechanical manager in a factory. Her outstanding performance led to a project manager position at Jolt, with a salary increase of over 150%. "The course was a huge leap forward.
