What is DEI?
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) means creating workplaces where everyone has an equal opportunity to participate, grow, and succeed, no matter their background, gender, ethnicity, religion, or life experience.
- Diversity is about representation. It means bringing different voices, perspectives, and communities into the workplace.
- Equity means providing fair access to opportunities, support, and resources, recognizing that not everyone starts from the same place.
- Inclusion ensures that diverse employees feel respected, valued, and empowered to contribute fully and thrive long term.
Our DEI Services
We partner with the Equal Opportunities Commission and Israel Advanced Technology Industries (IATI) to put DEI into action, helping companies build inclusive cultures where diverse talent doesn’t just get hired, but stays and grows.
Annual DEI course
We offer a six-month training program for company employees and managers who want practical tools for creating more inclusive workplaces. This course is led by itworks’ program manager, Walaa Ibrahim. It’s affordable (just 500 NIS per participant) and includes in-person and online sessions.
Tailored talent pipelines
We help companies recruit qualified candidates from underrepresented communities — matching your hiring needs with diverse talent ready to succeed.
Personal DEI coaching
Our career coaches work directly with companies to strengthen inclusive hiring and retention practices. For example, we help HR teams learn how to recruit more women, onboard diverse employees effectively, and create environments where everyone can thrive.
