Alen Krinawi was born and raised in Rahat and holds a bachelor’s degree in Technological Marketing, specializing in Information and Communications Technology, from Sapir Academic College.

As itworks’ Community and Mentoring Program Coordinator, Alen leads programs that support students as they prepare for and transition into the high-tech industry. She manages several key initiatives, including Mentoring for Success, Employment Mentoring, the Internship Program, and the “From Classroom to High-Tech” program. She also collaborates with academic institutions and professional partners to create meaningful opportunities for students to learn, develop their skills, and connect with industry professionals.

Alen joined itworks because of her passion for creating opportunities for young people in the Bedouin community and helping them reach their full potential. She believes that meaningful access to education, mentorship, and employment opportunities can transform lives, and is proud to contribute to that mission by connecting students with the tools and support they need to build successful careers in high-tech.

Alen speaks Arabic and Hebrew. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and reading thought-provoking books with complex stories.
