Born and raised in Isfiya, Anat Waheb is deeply committed to creating real employment opportunities that open doors and expand possibilities. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Human Resources, along with a Teaching Certificate in Civics and History, and studied at Bar-Ilan University and Tel Aviv University.
Anat serves as Employer Relations Manager at itworks, where she leads the development and management of the organization’s employer partnerships. She works closely with companies to build meaningful collaborations and to help candidates successfully integrate into the workforce. Her work is rooted in relationship-building, long-term thinking, and a genuine belief in the power of connection.
Anat joined itworks because she believes that the right connection between people and opportunities can truly change lives. She is inspired by the organization’s blend of professionalism and social impact, and she takes pride in being part of work that makes a tangible difference for individuals, employers, and communities alike.
She is fluent in Arabic, Hebrew, and English. Outside of work, Anat enjoys staying active through sports, reading for pleasure, and building websites and applications. She is also a proud mother of two children.
