For Ifat, coming to work each day doesn’t feel like a job—it feels like living her purpose. She truly believes she’s making a difference. As CEO, she oversees all aspects of the organization, from accounting to government relations. She believes that nonprofit leaders should understand every part of the organization in order to ensure long-term success.
Ifat was born and raised in Netanya, where she lives today with her husband, Elad, and their three children—Assaf, Ori, and Ella. In her free time, she enjoys practicing pilates, going to the gym, and collecting and selling vintage space-age design. She is also proudly vegan, which is an important part of her lifestyle.
