Inbal has over 15 years of experience in human resources and a deep passion for helping people find meaningful employment in high-tech. At itworks, she leads all of our programs for Arab communities, working closely with both candidates and employers to create strong, successful job matches.
From identifying talent to supporting job placement, Inbal plays a key role in advancing itworks’ mission of employment equity. She thrives in the dynamic and diverse nature of her work—both in the people she serves and in the variety of challenges each day brings.
