Born in Beer Sheva and raised in Tsfat, Meirav proudly describes herself as a former “peripheral girl.” She holds a BA in Business Management and Communications from the College of Management in Tel Aviv.
With 30 years of experience in high-tech start-ups, she has built sales organizations from the ground up and helped companies grow through strong business development, strategic thinking, and people-centered leadership.
Before joining itworks, she independently created a program that helped STEM army reservists secure paid internships at high-tech companies, an initiative closely aligned with itworks’ mission and model.
She is especially excited to help as many people as possible access their first high-tech role. She believes deeply in creating opportunities for underserved communities to integrate into Israel’s high-tech sector, build meaningful careers, and become part of the country’s innovation economy.
Outside of work, she has one dog and two cats, and enjoys going to the gym, reading, and painting.
