Meital was born and raised in Netanya, where she lives today with her husband and their two children. She’s a proud mother of a son currently serving in the IDF. As itworks’ accountant and payroll accountant, Meital oversees all financial operations, including payroll, taxes, labor laws, pensions, national insurance, employment contracts, banking, and reporting. She also provides ongoing support to employees regarding payroll and workers’ rights, and works closely with external accountants to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Meital brings to her role a high level of professionalism, precision, and deep understanding of financial and legal systems within the nonprofit sector. She takes pride in maintaining both structure and transparency in itworks’ day-to-day financial operations.
Outside of work, Meital enjoys sports, dancing, and relaxing at the beach. You’ll often find her soaking up the sun with a big smile. She loves working at itworks because of the people—and her passion for working with numbers.
