itworks provides logistical, administrative, and professional solutions to national employment programs that align with itworks’ mission. In partnership with the Joint Distribution Committee (the JDC), the federal government, and philanthropic bodies, we administer the following programs:
Merkazei Maftechot (Key Centers) Employment advancement centers for ultra-Orthodox Jewish adults, run in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Social Services.
Migdalor A program that develops professional communities in various fields of high-tech, accounting, and art. The program includes close to 5,000 members of the various communities.
Emtza HaDerech (Mid-way) A program that advances multi-aged employment, run in cooperation with the Government of Israel and the JDC.
Esek Shaveh (Equal Business) An innovative venture, led by the business sector, which promotes quality employment for people with disabilities, run in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Social Services, the JDC, Meitav Dash, and the Ruderman Foundation.
Freelancers A program working to develop innovative self-employment solutions for professionals, run in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Social Services and the JDC.
Link – Cloud Workers A program developed in order to prepare youth for the changing world of work, run in cooperation with TEVET.

Future Labor Market Assessments – in collaboration with TEVET.
Hebrew as a Second Language – Hebrew studies as a tool for integration and advancement of the Arab population in the labor market, in collaboration with TEVET.
Civil Service Envelope – career development program for civil service volunteers, in collaboration with TEVET.
